Veedio ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use the Veedio mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and authentication data (via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In).
• Uploaded Content: Images and media you upload for AI processing.
• Face and Body Photos: You may upload photos containing your face or body to use as source material for AI-generated images and videos. The App displays a visual alignment guide to help you position your photo, but this guide is a static overlay only — the App does not perform facial recognition, biometric scanning, face detection, or any automated analysis of facial features. No facial geometry, faceprint, or biometric identifier is ever extracted or created from your photos.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App, including features used, generation history, and token transactions.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version, and unique device identifiers.
• Purchase Information: Records of in-app purchases and token transactions (payment processing is handled by Apple/Google).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the AI media generation services
• Process your content through our AI systems
• Use your uploaded face and body photos solely as reference images to generate AI images and videos based on your selected template — not for identification, profiling, surveillance, or any other purpose
• Manage your account and token balance
• Communicate with you about updates, support, and service changes
• Monitor and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the App experience
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption. Uploaded images, including face and body photos, are stored in Google Cloud Storage under your user account and are encrypted at rest and in transit via TLS. Images are processed for AI generation and may be temporarily stored during processing. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Third-Party Services

We may share your information with the following third parties:

• AI Processing Providers: To generate images and videos based on your requests. Your uploaded photos, including those containing your face or body, are sent to our AI generation provider solely to fulfill your generation request. These providers may retain files on their servers for up to 7 days for processing purposes, after which they are automatically deleted.
• Authentication Providers: Google and Apple for sign-in services.
• Analytics Services: To understand App usage and improve our services.
• Error Tracking: Sentry for monitoring app performance and crashes.
• Payment Processors: Apple App Store and Google Play Store for in-app purchases.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. Face and body photos you upload are stored in your "My Photos" library and retained until you choose to delete them or delete your account. You can delete individual photos at any time from within the App. When you delete a photo, it is removed from our cloud storage and database. AI generation providers may retain files for up to 7 days for processing purposes, after which they are automatically deleted. You may also request deletion of your entire account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data.
• Portability: Request a portable copy of your data.
• Objection: Object to processing of your personal data.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the App or sending you an email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
