1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Veedio mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
Veedio is an AI-powered media generation platform that allows users to create images and videos using artificial intelligence. The App operates on a token-based system where users spend tokens to generate content.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and promptly update any changes. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.
4. Tokens and Purchases
The App uses a virtual token system for accessing AI generation features. Tokens may be purchased through in-app purchases. All token purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the policies of the App Store or Google Play Store. We reserve the right to modify token pricing and availability at any time.
5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
Veedio offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide recurring token allocations and other benefits. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the time of purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your device settings (on iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; on Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions). Unused subscription credits do not roll over and will be removed at the end of each billing cycle. Subscription prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following notice.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the images and media you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant Veedio a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the AI generation services. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
7. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by the AI through the App is provided "as is." While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content will meet your specific expectations. You are granted a license to use AI-generated content for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before use.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App to: generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content; infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others; attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App; use automated systems or bots to access the App; resell or redistribute tokens; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
9. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Veedio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we determine is harmful to the App or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and any unused tokens may be forfeited.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veedio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Veedio in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Veedio operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
